"Xceive is an exciting company that is dominating the industry through its technology and industry innovations," said Beyer. "I look forward to working with such a dynamic management team and dedicated board."

Beyer also serves as director of Credence Systems Corporation and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association.
