here�s no stopping the toon mania sweeping India. It has moved out of the tube to reach shop shelves. Cartoon Network�s licensing division, Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE) India, recently launched a range of consumer products for children.
The first phase of the launch included the Powerpuff Girls and Dexter�s Laboratory. Seven key product categories including apparel, accessories, stationery, gifts and novelties, rainwear, bags, toys and games came in the first phase. Phase two, scheduled for later in the year, will see Johnny Bravo emerging from the tube. In this phase, CNE will launch greeting cards, footwear, home d�cor, linen, personal care products and branded foods.... more
