rocter & Gamble will put two Gillette executives in key roles in the combined businesses, including giving a new post aimed
at brand expansion to the lady who led the development of the Venus brand of women�s razor.
Mary Ann Pesce, president of global personal care for Gillette, will become president of new business development in P&G;�s
beauty care business after P&G;�s $57-billion acquisition of Gillette closes. She�ll focus specifically on expanding the Venus
brand for which she led development. Pesce will continue to be based in Boston but will report to Susan Arnold,
Cincinnati-based vice-chairman for global beauty and feminine care.... more
