hen was the last time you slammed the door on the face of a salesman, disconnected your phone when you realised that it was some trained geek trying to push something down your throat, or even worse, when you had to dodge a persistent credit card salesmen ambushing you outside an ATM?

In all the up-throw that has been brought about by changing consumer dynamics, technology, and competition, one constant has remained. Somewhere inbetween the changing landscape of consumer touch points via various marketing innovations, the salesman is still regarded as the driving force when it comes to generating leads, making customer calls and closing sales.
