Avenger replaces the very expensive Bajaj Eliminator (Rs 90,000) and is priced at about Rs 64,000. While advertising for the the latter was restricted to print, the Avenger commercial aims to do the trick for the new bike. The ad opens with the shot of a young man thoroughly enjoying himself on his bike on a lonely road somewhere up in the mountains.
En-route, he remembers his dad slapping him but forgives him. He thinks about a lost love and forgives women. He remembers his boss� outburst and forgives him as well. When his bike hits a pothole and he forgives the government. He also forgives his barber. While cruising past a rider trying to start his rickety 100 cc bike, he forgives his past.
