ne of the most celebrated advertising campaigns in recent times may also be among the most muted. Muted? How can a high-spend campaign for a big, big brand such as Hutch be muted? It is a high-decibel campaign that shouts - softly. While many major brands try to keep a certain look and feel in their advertising, mobile operator Hutch has been remarkably consistent. The most striking aspect of the advertising is that the colours are always muted, even in the TVCs.

If Hutch was a person, Hutch could be described as a simple, refreshing, creative and honest. Building such a clear identity involves taking care of parameters like storytelling, space, layout, typeface, music, casting, styling of cast and the case in point - colours.... more
