The Indian market may have seen it all, from the elite Bose systems to the more popular brands like Philips, but here is yet another entrant in the world of sound. Singapore-based Nakamichi Corporation, a subsidiary of consumer durables maker, Nakamichi, Japan, has entered into a strategic alliance with Pro-Acoustics, a division of Delhi-based Sharda Motor Industries Ltd. Pro-Acoustics will distribute Nakamichi�s range of stereos, home theatres, and car audio systems in India through a chain of stores which are in the process of being set up.... more
