ealthworld Comm-unications Group announced its entry in India at a launch symposium in Mumbai on "Lifecycle Management of Ethical Brands: Rx - DTC - OTC Way", jointly organised by Healthworld and the Organisation of Pharma-ceutical Producers of India. Present were Steven Gir-ganti, founder chairman & CEO, Health-world Corp-oration, Fran Hone, executive vice-president, Global Business Group, and Ranjan Kapur, country manager, WPP India.

Healthworld, a member of the WPP Group, is the world�s third largest healthcare communications group and it plans to �create a life� for Indian brands through global expertise and reach. Headquartered in the United States, the group is present in 24 countries with such clients as GS, Pfizer, Novartis, Roche, Solvay, Johnson & Johnson, Biogen and Sanofi Synthelabo among others. Only recently, the group launched operations in Japan, China and Australia, and is planning to set up Healthworld in countries like Vietnam, Indonesia and the Phillipines. ... more
