iling and shampooing hair have always been two distinct jobs in the everyday life of an Indian woman. But with increasingly busy and hectic lifestyles, managing both is becoming a big concern. Procter & Gamble (P&G;) has come up with a solution to this problem by re-branding the Pro-V range of shampoos with coconut oil. The company has roped in former Miss Universe and Bollywood actor Lara Dutta to promote New Pantene with Goodness of Coconut Oil, as the product is called.

Research by P&G; on �Evolving Lifestyles and Hair Care Practices in India' revealed that women are increasingly worrying about deterioration of their hair, specifically about aspects like appearance, physical properties like loss in hair strength and resilience, loss in flexibility and the inability of hair to form and maintain the desired style.... more
