he importance of medical insurance have been hammered into the consumers' minds through relentless advertising. Recently, Bajaj Allianz introduced something that has never been tried in India.

The company came up with the e-opinion rider - an insurance product which will cover the expenses of going in for a second opinion through e-consultation services for serious illnesses. "It is the first product to offer the policy holder access to over 7,000 physicians employed by the renowned academic centres that comprise the WorldCare Consortium," says S.
