isual merchandising (VM) guru Joseph Weishar was in India recently to attend the POP Asia 2006. The founder and president of New York-based Vision Studios, a leader in staff training, store design and VM, Weishar has over 40 years' experience in understanding retail and the importance of VM. A stage designer too, he has been able to codify these disciplines into the aesthetics of product desirability and customer behaviour.
