OP was the buzzword last month in the backdrop of the POP Asia Summit held in Mumbai. However, the people who make POP (point of purchase) happen were not too happy with things. Nor were their clients - marketers and brand managers. One of the sessions at POP Asia In-Store Marketing Forum gave both parties an opportunity to sit at the table and grouse about grievances.
