n January 26, Sahara One Television decided to take its viewers through a walk down memory lane by relaunching the extremely successful TV serial of the 1980s, Buniyaad. Why did Sahara One go back in time?

"Content on TV has slowly moved away from its soul, that is good substance. We wanted to bring back original, high-quality content," says Purnendu Bose, chief operating officer, Sahara One Television.
