n April Danish audio-video equipment major Bang & Olufsen completes a year in India. The �520 million company currently retails high-end phones, television sets, music systems and loudspeakers out of two outlets in India - one in Delhi and one in Mumbai. Soon, the firm which does not believe much in advertising, but lets its products speak for themselves, promises to add an exclusive outlet in Chennai as well.
"At B&O; we believe in direct interaction with the target consumer. We are not heavily into advertising and prefer one-to-one interaction with the customer.
