fter being the first airline in India to introduce the web check-in facility, Jet Airways is now notching up another first - it is giving its passengers the facility of tracing their missing baggage online.

To check his baggage status on the web, all the passenger has to do is log on to the Jet Airways website (www.jetairways.com), and go to the Products & Services section. Then he has to click on the Baggage Tracer and a new window opens up. Upon entering the 10 digit reference number (given by the Jet Airways counter at the airport) and his last name, the system gives the passenger the status on his baggage.
