n-car audio entertainment major Pioneer has made its official entry into India. Pioneer, which is the global leader in this segment, has been around in the grey market in the country for years. Now, with the Indian automobile industry picking up speed, Pioneer wants to be part of the action, launching late last month.

Pioneer's products - which include the latest WMA/MP3/CD players, new GM series amplifiers and speakers - will be available through more than 3,000 Autocop India authorised dealers and all GM and Hyundai showrooms across India.
