few years ago, National Geographic Channel (NGC) went all out to woo children with a special Nat Geo Junior band in the evenings. Now, it's women who are the special focus for the Star-group promoted channel - NGC has reserved the afternoon slot for a woman's band.

From June 6 onwards, on weekdays, between 11 am and 4 pm, women can watch programmes like Extreme Women, In the Womb, Designer Babies, No Borders, Faces of India and Stolen Brides.
