dvertising for online job sites has seen an overflow of creativity recently, what with Naukri.com's 'Hari Sadu' TVC and Timesjobs' 'Peanuts' ads. The latest advertisement for jobsite, Monster.com has a creative and humorous TVC that effectively gets the point across.

The TVC opens with a close-up of a scuba diver who is actually not underwater. Instead, he is hanging on the outside of a glass building, cleaning the window panes. The next shot shows a man in a barber's shop with shaving cream on his face while a man in a chef's suit and a butcher's knife in hand gets ready to shave him. ... more
