nter music composer Ram Sampath's home-office and you are greeted by warm colours and a huge smile. Sitting in a plush, soundproof studio set up within his house, Sampath has created a number of music compositions including some brilliant jingles for Bank of India, Xbox 360, Lewis Berger, and Pepsi's Ooh aah India.

The music composer credits his musical touch to his south Indian background - he was made to learn Carnatic music for eight years. "While other people had TV playing in their houses, we had only music," he says. He also wrote and composed a lot of music as a kid and formed his first rock band in school at the age of 12.
