Expecting to take advantage of the season, Electrolux has a launched a new washing machine. Among its varied range of washing machines this one with the hole-less drum has been made, according to the company, in tune to its tag line �Thinking of you�.
The ad opens up with a man having bath while the washing machine is running. Next shot shows the man with soap suds all over his body struggling to wash them off with a trickle of water from the hand shower. Meanwhile the washing machine is still working. The man turns the faucet of the overhead shower hoping to get some water but in vain. The background score creates a moment of tension between the man and the shower. This is followed with shots of the inlet pipe of the washing machine drawing all the water and sucking water even out of the shower, leaving the man perplexed. Shots of the hole-less drum and external view of the washing machine follow with a voice over explaining that most washing machines consume a lot of water leaving us high and dry and so Electrolux has introduced washing machine with hole-less drum "No holes means no loss of water".... more
