Pantaloon Retail (PRIL), part of the Future group, has adapted the ideology of Top 10 into a campus fashion and style store format. The Top 10 store format is meant to cater exclusively to youngsters for apparel and accessories that are ranked from 1-10.
The brand strategy for Top 10 is to rank 10 different styles in each category of clothing and accessories. Based on sales, the apparel and accessories at the store will be rotated to find new positions. Thus, in a season, if low-waist jeans sell the most, it stands to top the chart in the jeans category with other styles following it.
