M stations on a mobile phone could soon be pass�. Mundu Radio, an internet radio service provider, is handing out free software for accessing internet radio using mobile devices, via GPRS. It was launched recently by Geodesic, a provider of communication and collaboration products on the internet and mobile phones.

How different is Mundu Radio from FM radio available on mobile phones? Anand Virani, associate vice president, Geodesic says, "The end user experience of Mundu Radio and FM radio installed on mobile phones is the same. The difference is the value proposition."... more
