IG FM 92.7 has given corporate social responsibility a welcome twist by giving a platform to the needy every month. The concept has been conceived by one of its RJs, Anirudh Chawla, who hosts an afternoon show called Anirudh LLB.

December witnessed the first operation, Mission Raja and was dedicated to Raja, a resident of Mumbai who is HIV positive. How did this idea come about? Explains Chawla, "I met Raja at one of my listeners' party and then invited him on my show a week later and thereafter for a party where I introduced him to my fans.
