wo years on, Timesjobs has changed its positioning. From 'If you have the reason, we have the job' the new TV commercial touts the line: 'Because you are worth more'.

The TVC shows an employee in different roles in his office soaking up verbal recognition of his work - a pat on his back, applause from his bosses and colleagues. He even has his own 'V.I.Pee' rest room. Meanwhile, with each instance of flattery, he swells (literally) with pride and grows taller. But when it's salary time, he deflates into a puny replica. A VO asks "Salary making you feel small?" The dejected deflated guy can only cry out, "Mummy".... more
