hat Renuka Jaypal's appointment as the chairperson of Ogilvy, Indonesia came a few days prior to Women's Day, seems almost propitious. Jaypal will adopt her new role in the middle of June 2007, and the ebullience in her voice is unmistakable. Prior to this, she was the country head of Ogilvy's one-to-one marketing arm, OgilvyOne.

Jaypal's mandate at Ogilvy Indonesia, which she claims is the biggest agency in the country, is to grow the operations.
