OGO attempts to break the language barrier by going bilingual with its preschool show, Galli Galli Sim Sim this summer. The summer special series will air in English in Southern India, while in the rest of the country the show will continue to be available in Hindi.

Galli Galli Sim Sim is the Indian version of the world-renowned children's television series, Sesame Street, and is aired on Cartoon Network, POGO and Doordarshan. The show, loved for generations abroad, features muppets (or particular types of puppets that have become celebrities among children). The Muppets' voices and actions can be made to suit different cultures and languages.... more
