t's makeover time for Air Deccan. After picking up 26 per cent in the company, UB Group's Kingfisher Airlines is now all ready to give its toned down cousin a facelift.
The airline sports a new look and is called Simplifly Deccan or Deccan for short. While Simplifly has been retained from Deccan's previous communication, the new slug for the airline is: 'The choice is simple'. Deccan's colours of blue and yellow have been replaced by Kingfisher's vibrant red and white. Deccan's previous logo - two palms joining together to reflect a flying bird or the tail of an airplane - has given way to the Kingfisher logo. The staff's uniforms too will be similar to that of Kingfisher's. Besides these, improvements have also been made in in-flight service, staff and customer services. ... more
