fter the success of out-and-out entertainment shows such as Indian Idol and Dance Dance, Sony Entertainment Television (SET) launched a hard-hitting docu-drama, Rihhaee, on February 9. The show aims "to fight crime against women and bring justice to those in despair". Says Tarun Katial, executive vice-president and business head, SET, "We have produced shows such as Crime Patrol and Missing that have contributed back to the society in a positive manner; we hope that Rihhaee will do the same. The show aims to transform television from a medium of entertainment to a medium of serious information and social awareness."
