So far over 7,000 applicants from across the United States have reportedly applied to have not only their make up and hair done, but also their entire bodies. What makes this show extreme is that applicants are not just undergoing conventional makeover staples such as new clothes, make-up and hair. Rather, they benefit from an array of experts, the ��Extreme Team��. This team is comprised of cosmetic surgeons, stylists, nutritionists, trainers and fashion experts. They guide and educate the participant through each stage of the makeover process. A major part of that makeover experience is plastic surgery.
